Nice job, Oinvest! I use their mobile application. It is really convenient. Very intuitive interface, so I can follow the markets anywhere and anytime. And if there are difficulties, support service always comes to the rescue.

This broker is my favorite one. I like almost everything about it - from trader education which was very useful for me to a wide range of asset classes that it provides.

This broker seems really safe and trustworthy to me. I'm new to trading so I'm taking it slow at the time being and it's been going amazing for me. I have to mention though that you should read their policy very carefully and see for yourself whether their trading conditions are suitable for you personally. Don't ever neglect reading the agreement like we all do because it's crucial when it comes to trading.

Everyone has different criteria, so it’s impossible to say unequivocally whether a good or bad broker is impossible. On the one hand, they do not interfere in the trade, and this is very convenient for experienced traders. I, as a beginner, need tips. Oinvest gives this.

Since reading your profile I do feel that much more confident knowing that I can deal with a institution inside of South Africa. Mt 4 is very convenient

Satisfied with the platform, good attitude to clients, all my questions were solved pretty fast. Trading with them for 6 months, earned 3k $ for now. Withdrew 1k and keep trading with them

I am very new to trading and I can't say much about their platform, but their service is great. Every time I have a question I email my account manager and he helps me in a few minutes. This is great service for someone without the experience

Had no any problems with withdrawal. Just read service policy before I start trading on any platform. I read their FAQ, company policy and started trading. Really comfortable to trade than other platforms.

Good day I would like to complain about Oinvest and try to help other people so they also do not lose their money to Oinvest. I invested R3500 with Oinvest as a start in the beginning of September 2020. My broker Edin was very supportive and persuaded me to invest R26 000 in Amazon two weeks later. He showed me how well they were doing and assured me of a guaranteed return on investment based on how well Amazon was doing. I refused initially stating I do not have money but against my better judgement I deposited money that was for school fees as I decided to take a chance based on the probability of success. I explained to Edin that it was school fees money and that I would need money back by the end of the month. He agreed and we proceeded. We monitored the investment and it was doing great. Three days before I would be withdrawing the money he called me and assured me that everything was going well and advised me to change some trade on currencies. During that conversation He assured me that I could get the money back on Wednesday, the latest Thursday of that week. The next thing is that there is no feedback and my account was locked so I could not withdraw the money. On Thursday another broker called to tell me I needed to invest another R26000 as the market was bad and conveniently Edin was sick. I vehemently told her I was not happy and in a predicament as I need the money for school fees and have no other money. I sent emails to Edin with no feedback to date. On Friday the CEO of Oinvest called me to explain the market was doing bad as a result of a comment by president Trump and I need to invest more. I told her I have no money and need my money withdrawn. She said she does not control the markets and I need to invest more or wait for the markets to recover. I asked her about my agreement and prompted her to review recordings of all conversations with Edin. I also told her Oinvest is a scam as Edin is suddenly sick yet before this he called almost every night but stopped calling two days before money was supposed to be withdrawn. She asked me not to get so emotional as I was crying as a result of losing money and unable to pay school fees. That was the last I heard from Oinvest and my account has been locked since. I just see the numbers getting worse and I am running a loss. This does not make sense as Aamazon is doing well. Oinvest is a scam and rigged by the Oinvest team to show uninformed customers what Oinvest wants them to see. Please warn people about Oinvest. I lost R29 500 in three weeks To date I cannot access account and don't have Amazon shares as per trade page yet I didn't do any changes to my Amazon shares Oinvest is a scam. As a complete beginner, I decided to see what trading was like fully prepared that trades can go either way. My experience is that knowledge is power. The interface was not explained to me, and I highly recommend trying the demo account first. I was prompted into investing from day 1 and while the amounts and currencies were of my choosing, I felt I could have been better informed by the broker/service agent assigned to my account. As a beginner, I did not even know what to ask, yet nothing was explained to me unless I asked. I was not made aware of the SWAP charges which amounted to more than my profits for having a 2-week investment running and I was constantly prompted to invest more in other opportunities which I explained I would not do until I better understood the platform.I got the feeling my broker was not interested in my journey, only that I invest more.

Once u deposited some money,The acc manager will keep calling u and force u to put some more..if u refused,they will scold u n just hanged up.very immoral n unethical attitude..they sound very desperate to cheat people' money.i have other trading acc from diff company but the acc manager didnt act like the one in Oinvest..very dissapointing..

Hello I have a complain with one of the company you have regulated Oinvest owned company by BAS FOUR 3773 PROPRIETARY LIMITED License number 42020 I want to place a complain on the above company. I deposited R3500 to start trading I open few trades the account manager force me to invest more to save my account I closed all my trades the balance left was R2200 I requested my withdrawal I was only able to withdraw 1488 rands... but my withdrawal was denied reason missing documents I send the documents now am only able to withadraw R1250 what happen to all the R2200... at first I understood I had to be charged euros but why am I charged again 50 euro... why are we charge 50euro if it's a south African based... it charges to much it robs people at the end of the day the person won't receive they refunds back all of it will be eaten by the company that's fruad... can I please get help to get my remaining amount of R1488 not R1250.... forcing people to invest they life saving is wrong forex is risky but this company is risky to
