Hong Kong Tasa De Inflación

The annual inflation rate in Hong Kong stood at 1.4% in March 2025, unchanged from the previous month and remaining at its lowest level since January. Inflation increased for electricity, gas and water (14% vs 13.3% in February); food (0.3% vs 0.1%); and housing (1.7% vs 1.6%), while prices for durable goods declined at a slower pace (-0.5% vs -1.1%). Conversely, these upward pressures were partly offset by slower increases in alcoholic drinks and tobacco (4.4% vs 20.9%); clothing and footwear (-2.8% vs -1.9%); transport (1.7% vs 2.6%); and miscellaneous goods (1% vs 1.4%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices stalled in March 2025 from a 0.1% drop in the preceding month.
